Is This For You?
You are a business owner or founder who wants more confidence in yourself and your ability to achieve your goals. You face the challenge of feeling stuck, inefficient, and misaligned with your core values, which can lead to frustration and burnout. You want a solution for solving your problems, but you don't have the time or energy to learn new things.
I want to show you a simple process that leverages and maximizes how you already do things to achieve your goals faster and increase your confidence.
If you want that as well, schedule a call and we'll discuss what confidence means to you, how it would benefit you, and how we can make it happen using the Easy Growth System.
My Journey to this Realization:
I started my core-based work in 2015 after producing several hundred tribute videos. Through these videos, I listened to thousands of individuals express their affection for loved ones. These experiences confirmed my belief that we all possess innate qualities at our core, and the more we tap into them, the better off we are.
In 2022, after experiencing burnout from personal and professional challenges, I discovered the power and importance of focusing on three core values (mine are courage, connection, and curiosity).
In 2023, I realized the distinction between who we are and how we operate, leading to the development of the Core Process concept. This realization, combined with my experience, culminated in the creation of the Easy Growth System.
My entire journey has been a series of efforts to apply my core process (even before I knew what it was) to my coaching practice and life. This makes me uniquely qualified to help you clarify how you do things and then use it to achieve your goals.
Let's be honest - People don't believe in core values. For most, core values are more marketing than meaningful.
I used to think the same way. But everything changed when I figured out how to tap into my core self.
By clarifying and using your core values (personal and corporate), you solve problems and achieve goals faster and with less effort.
I'm on a mission to turn core value statements from ignorable to impactful so people can achieve more with less stress.
Have a great day, and I hope to talk soon.

Working with Joey has been a revelation. Through his program, we discovered that I subconsciously follow my own process when I am successful. Joey’s method helped me recognize and refine this inherent process, integrating it seamlessly into my daily life and business. His approach has brought me greater clarity, confidence, and consistency in achieving my goals - "my way." I am truly grateful for Joey’s insight and guidance.
About six months ago, I hit a wall and stopped doing my morning routine after doing it for years. I knew my routine helped me, but I didn’t have the energy to get it back going. But after answering your celebration questions for the past few days, I felt my energy return, and I feel like I’m back. It only took a few minutes each day and made a huge difference.

Joey is a relatable person without pretense. This fits my needs perfectly. About 6 weeks into the coaching and I have gone from the sense of complete overwhelm to excitement. This is no joke. I find the process logical and it fits into my already busy schedule. If you are willing to put in the work you will get great results.

Picture this: a ship navigating through a stormy sea, its captain calm and composed, steering confidently through the waves. This sense of control and assurance comes from a deep understanding of the ship's capabilities and the crew's strengths. Similarly, knowing your core process can help you stay positive and resilient in challenging times.
Understanding Your Core Process
Your core process is the unique, repeatable series of steps you naturally follow to achieve your goals. It's how you operate at your best, leveraging your strengths and values. Recognizing this process is crucial for developing habits and systems that keep you grounded and focused, especially when the going gets tough.
Tony Hsieh, the late CEO of Zappos, believed in the power of self-awareness and leveraging one’s strengths. He said, "Our belief is that if you get the culture right, most of the other stuff—like great customer service, or building a great long-term brand or empowering passionate employees and customers—will happen naturally on its own." Understanding your core process is akin to cultivating a strong personal culture, guiding you through adversity with a positive outlook.
Building Positivity Through Self-Awareness
Awareness of your core process helps you identify areas where negativity may creep in and empowers you to address them effectively. Here’s how:
Clarity and Focus: Knowing your core process brings clarity to your actions and decisions. This focus helps you stay on track, even when facing difficulties. As Simon Sinek, author of "Start With Why," says, "When we are closed to ideas, what we hear is criticism. When we are open to criticism, what we get is advice." This openness stems from clarity and self-awareness.
Resilience: Understanding your core process builds resilience by reinforcing your strengths and values. It reminds you of your capabilities and past successes, which can boost your confidence and positivity in tough times. Angela Duckworth, known for her research on grit, notes, "Enthusiasm is common. Endurance is rare." Your core process helps you cultivate that endurance.
Adaptability: With a clear core process, you can adapt your strategies while staying true to your values. This flexibility ensures you remain positive and proactive, rather than reactive and overwhelmed. As Carol Dweck, author of "Mindset: The New Psychology of Success," asserts, "Becoming is better than being." Embracing your core process fosters a growth mindset that thrives on challenges.
Consequences of Ignoring Your Core Process
Failing to align with your core process can lead to several pitfalls:
Increased Negativity: Without the anchor of your core process, it’s easy to become overwhelmed by negative thoughts and emotions. This can spiral into a cycle of self-doubt and pessimism, making it harder to navigate challenges.
Lack of Direction: Ignoring your core process can leave you feeling lost and directionless. This lack of clarity can exacerbate stress and reduce your ability to stay positive and motivated.
Reduced Resilience: Without the grounding effect of your core process, your resilience may wane. This makes it more difficult to bounce back from setbacks and maintain a positive outlook.
Leveraging Your Core Process for Positivity
Reflect Regularly: Regular reflection helps you stay connected to your core process. Take time to assess your actions, celebrate your successes, and identify areas for improvement. This practice keeps you grounded and positive.
Stay True to Your Values: Your core process is rooted in your values. Staying true to these values, especially during challenging times, reinforces your sense of purpose and positivity. As Brene Brown, author of "Daring Greatly," emphasizes, "Integrity is choosing courage over comfort."
Seek Support: Understanding your core process also means recognizing when you need support. Surround yourself with people who align with your values and can provide encouragement and perspective.
Conclusion
Knowing your core process can be your guiding star in challenging times. It increases your awareness, enhances your resilience, and helps you stay positive by focusing on your strengths and values. By reflecting regularly, staying true to your values, and seeking support when needed, you can navigate even the toughest challenges with a positive mindset. Embrace your core process, and let it be the foundation of your resilience and positivity.
You aren't the problem
In the places where you struggle, you simply don't have enough practice being yourself.
To create confidence, compassion, assertiveness, grit or determinations, the secret is being more of yourself in more places. Not trying to be something you aren't because that is exhausting.
When you a NOT being your core self, you are being something you are not which is exhausting and frustrating, and leads to isolation and burnout.
When you being your core self, your confidence, creativity, and courage increases so you connect with others to find solutions that work over time.
