Is This For You?
You are a business owner or founder who wants more confidence in yourself and your ability to achieve your goals. You face the challenge of feeling stuck, inefficient, and misaligned with your core values, which can lead to frustration and burnout. You want a solution for solving your problems, but you don't have the time or energy to learn new things.
I want to show you a simple process that leverages and maximizes how you already do things to achieve your goals faster and increase your confidence.
If you want that as well, schedule a call and we'll discuss what confidence means to you, how it would benefit you, and how we can make it happen using the Easy Growth System.
My Journey to this Realization:
I started my core-based work in 2015 after producing several hundred tribute videos. Through these videos, I listened to thousands of individuals express their affection for loved ones. These experiences confirmed my belief that we all possess innate qualities at our core, and the more we tap into them, the better off we are.
In 2022, after experiencing burnout from personal and professional challenges, I discovered the power and importance of focusing on three core values (mine are courage, connection, and curiosity).
In 2023, I realized the distinction between who we are and how we operate, leading to the development of the Core Process concept. This realization, combined with my experience, culminated in the creation of the Easy Growth System.
My entire journey has been a series of efforts to apply my core process (even before I knew what it was) to my coaching practice and life. This makes me uniquely qualified to help you clarify how you do things and then use it to achieve your goals.
Let's be honest - People don't believe in core values. For most, core values are more marketing than meaningful.
I used to think the same way. But everything changed when I figured out how to tap into my core self.
By clarifying and using your core values (personal and corporate), you solve problems and achieve goals faster and with less effort.
I'm on a mission to turn core value statements from ignorable to impactful so people can achieve more with less stress.
Have a great day, and I hope to talk soon.

Working with Joey has been a revelation. Through his program, we discovered that I subconsciously follow my own process when I am successful. Joey’s method helped me recognize and refine this inherent process, integrating it seamlessly into my daily life and business. His approach has brought me greater clarity, confidence, and consistency in achieving my goals - "my way." I am truly grateful for Joey’s insight and guidance.
About six months ago, I hit a wall and stopped doing my morning routine after doing it for years. I knew my routine helped me, but I didn’t have the energy to get it back going. But after answering your celebration questions for the past few days, I felt my energy return, and I feel like I’m back. It only took a few minutes each day and made a huge difference.

Joey is a relatable person without pretense. This fits my needs perfectly. About 6 weeks into the coaching and I have gone from the sense of complete overwhelm to excitement. This is no joke. I find the process logical and it fits into my already busy schedule. If you are willing to put in the work you will get great results.

In the dynamic business world, sales are not just about closing deals but building and maintaining relationships. Yet, many business owners and entrepreneurs struggle to balance being authentic and driving sales. One solution lies in understanding and leveraging your core process.
Your core process is the unique sequence of steps you naturally follow to achieve your goals. By identifying and refining this process, you can ensure that your sales approach is effective and genuine. As renowned business strategist Michael Porter said, "The essence of strategy is choosing what not to do." By focusing on your core process, you can streamline your efforts and concentrate on what truly matters: creating meaningful relationships that drive sales.
Your core process consists of the five key steps you repeat to achieve success. These steps reflect how you operate and how you produce results. Clarity about your core process helps you align your actions with your core values, making your sales interactions more authentic and impactful. This clarity allows you to approach each sales opportunity confidently and consistently, leading to stronger and more genuine connections.
Harvard Business School professor Clayton Christensen highlights the importance of authenticity: "Authenticity is not an inherent quality, but a choice. It is the alignment of head, mouth, heart, and feet—thinking, saying, feeling, and doing the same thing consistently." When you understand and articulate your core process, you convey a clear and authentic message that resonates with potential clients. This fosters trust and differentiates you from competitors who might lack this clarity.
Neglecting your core process can lead to a series of challenges in the sales process. Without a clear understanding of how you operate, you might adopt a scattergun approach to sales, resulting in inconsistent outcomes and strained relationships. Furthermore, lacking this clarity can lead to burnout, as you may expend energy on strategies and tactics not aligned with your strengths or values.
Author and motivational speaker Dale Carnegie once said, "You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you." Without a core process, you risk prioritizing tasks that do not contribute to your long-term success, ultimately hindering your ability to build and maintain meaningful sales relationships.
Integrating your core process into your sales strategy enhances your ability to connect authentically with clients. Here’s how it helps:
Authenticity: Knowing your core process ensures that every interaction is a reflection of your true self. This authenticity builds trust and makes your sales pitch more relatable.
Consistency: A defined core process allows you to maintain consistency in your sales approach. This consistency reassures clients that they can expect the same level of commitment and quality in every interaction.
Efficiency: By focusing on your core process, you can eliminate unnecessary steps and streamline your efforts. This efficiency saves time and allows you to concentrate on building relationships rather than just pushing for sales.
Resilience: When challenges arise, a strong core process provides a foundation on which to rely. This resilience helps you navigate obstacles while maintaining your authenticity and commitment to clients.
John C. Maxwell, a leadership expert, underscores the importance of relationship-building in sales: "People buy into the leader before they buy into the vision." By knowing and leveraging your core process, you position yourself as a trustworthy leader whose sales approach is grounded in authenticity and genuine connections.
Incorporating your core process into your sales strategy is not just a tactical move; it's a fundamental shift that can transform how you build and maintain relationships. By understanding and utilizing your core process, you ensure that your sales efforts are authentic, efficient, and effective. Remember, sales are about relationships, and relationships thrive on authenticity and trust. As you refine and embrace your core process, you'll find that your sales interactions become more meaningful and your success more sustainable.
By focusing on your core process, you can turn every sales opportunity into a chance to build lasting relationships. This not only enhances your business outcomes but also aligns your sales efforts with your core values, ensuring long-term success in the ever-evolving world of business.
You aren't the problem
In the places where you struggle, you simply don't have enough practice being yourself.
To create confidence, compassion, assertiveness, grit or determinations, the secret is being more of yourself in more places. Not trying to be something you aren't because that is exhausting.
When you a NOT being your core self, you are being something you are not which is exhausting and frustrating, and leads to isolation and burnout.
When you being your core self, your confidence, creativity, and courage increases so you connect with others to find solutions that work over time.
